NetSuite pricing in the UK: licences, users, modules and implementation

Oracle does not publish NetSuite prices, so most buyers walk into the first sales call without a benchmark. This guide sets out how a NetSuite quote is built, the ranges UK buyers typically see, and where the cost grows after the first year.

How NetSuite is priced

NetSuite is sold as an annual subscription. A quote is built from four parts: a base licence for the edition you choose, a charge for each full user, optional modules, and a service tier that sets limits on users, storage and integration capacity. Implementation is a separate contract, either with Oracle NetSuite’s own services team or with a solution provider partner.

Typical UK ranges

Oracle does not publish a price list, so the figures below are typical market ranges reported by UK buyers and partners, not Oracle list prices. Your quote will depend on edition, user numbers, term length and how well you negotiate.

Element Typical range Notes
Base licence About £750 to £800 a month The core platform for your edition
Full user About £80 to £160 per user per month Anyone who transacts or approves in finance and operations
Lighter user types Well below a full user Employee self service for time, expenses and approvals is a separate, cheaper licence
Modules About £2,500 to £12,000 a year each OneWorld for multiple subsidiaries and currencies, advanced financials, fixed assets, advanced inventory, warehousing, planning and budgeting, SuiteBilling
Implementation Often one to two times the annual subscription Higher with heavy customisation, data migration or many integrations

A worked example

Take a UK group with two subsidiaries, 25 full users, OneWorld and two further modules. Using mid points of the ranges above, the subscription comes to roughly £61,000 a year: about £9,300 for the base licence, £36,000 for users and £16,000 for modules. Implementation at one to two times that figure puts the first year total at roughly £120,000 to £185,000. This is illustrative only; your quote will differ.

How to negotiate a better deal

Is NetSuite the right fit?

NetSuite suits growing product, distribution, ecommerce, software and services businesses that want one cloud platform across finance and operations, particularly groups with several entities or countries. It is a weaker fit for complex manufacturing at scale or for organisations that need deep industry specific functionality.

Common questions

How much does NetSuite cost per user in the UK?

Full users typically cost about £80 to £160 per user per month, on top of a base licence of around £750 to £800 a month. Oracle does not publish list prices, so treat these as market ranges.

Does Oracle publish NetSuite prices?

No. Pricing is quote only and depends on edition, users, modules, service tier and contract term.

How much does a NetSuite implementation cost?

Commonly one to two times the annual subscription. Standard packaged implementations can be quicker; customisation, data migration and integrations push the cost up.

Can you negotiate NetSuite renewal increases?

Yes, if you do it before you sign. Ask for a capped renewal increase and fixed pricing for additional users and modules across the term.

If NetSuite is on your shortlist, we can review the quote, the implementation scope and the contract before you commit.
