We take no software licence commissions and have no referral arrangements with vendors or systems integrators. Our recommendations carry no hidden interest, which is what makes our selection and assurance work worth having.

Yes. ERP programme recovery is a significant part of what we do, and the earlier you act the better the outcome.
It depends on your size, structure and European footprint. Since the Omnibus, CSRD applies only above 1,000 employees and €450 million turnover, with a separate route for large non EU parents. We confirm scope entity by entity. See our note on scope and CSRD readiness.
