PEF Consulting Partners exists to do the hard parts of transformation properly: the large, contractual, off track programmes where the cost of failure is real.
We are a specialist management and technology transformation consultancy, built on a simple frustration with how change is usually sold: senior people win the work and junior people deliver it, fees scale with headcount rather than outcomes, and the honest conversation arrives too late. We are built the other way round. The senior people in the room are the people who do the work and stay accountable for the result, and we would rather tell you what is hard than what is comfortable.
