Why this exists. Market wide half hourly settlement replaces profiled settlement with settlement on actual half hourly data for every meter point. The dates are fixed: all suppliers MHHS ready by 28 October 2026 or restricted from taking new customers, all MPANs migrated by 7 May 2027, and a four month settlement timetable from 2 July 2027 that surfaces errors fast. Readiness is a data, systems and operations question, not a compliance memo.
