We are a small firm made up of experienced practitioners. There is no pyramid here and no bench. If you join us you will be doing the work, in front of the client, from the first week.

Who we look for

• Consultants who have actually delivered, not only advised
• Deep experience in ERP and systems implementation, ESG and sustainability reporting, programme assurance or major programme delivery
• Sector depth in energy, utilities, telecoms or regulated markets
• People who will tell a client something they do not want to hear, carefully and with evidence

How we work

We agree specific KPIs with clients and we hold ourselves to them. We do not sell work that the client does not need. That makes for a more interesting job and a shorter list of engagements you would rather not talk about.

We work across the UK, Ireland and continental Europe. Travel varies by engagement and we are honest about it before you commit.
