We have nineteen years of experience delivering complex change across energy, utilities, telecoms, regulated markets and private equity backed businesses, on programmes valued between one million and nine billion pounds.
Before an engagement starts we agree what success looks like and how it will be measured. You should be able to hold us to something concrete rather than to a general sense of progress.
The engagement ends when the objective is met. We are not building a permanent position inside your organisation, and we are not incentivised to make the problem bigger than it is.
We take no software licence commissions and we have no referral arrangements with systems integrators. When we recommend a platform or a partner, that recommendation is the whole of our interest.
Knowledge transfer is a deliverable, not a courtesy at the end. Your team should be able to run what we built.
Our consultants have delivered for organisations including E.ON, BP, National Grid, Vodafone, Ofgem, Smart DCC, Ancala and McKinsey. We work with boards, sponsors, finance leaders and programme directors, most often where a programme is consequential enough that an independent view is worth having.
Our work spans ERP implementation, SaaS implementation, ESG and compliance, delivery excellence, digital transformation, people and change and strategy and customer.
We are based in Liverpool and work across the UK, Ireland and continental Europe, including multi country programmes with local statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
